In the beginning....
I'm not sure how my frugalness started. I guess it was because my mum used to spend an hour minimum everytime she even entered a supermarket. First she'd find the product she wanted, then she'd scan the isle for cheaper version and check this was right by looking at the price per 100g. Being a toddler you don't pay much attention but as you grow up with that I guess you kind of adapt it *psychologggggyyyyyy.*
As a wannabe teenager, I remember already asking my mum at age 11 if I could have a job. Weird to think about it now like why waste the effort, but as you guessed, I never got one. At 14 I had three jobs and I never spent a penny of it, I'd be imaginative with gifts, normally picking crafty options but would rarely spend that much.
Now I'm 17, I like all the Facebook pages I can, subscribe to all those freebie sites, hoard most of the freebies, print all the coupons I can lay my hands on, have a Tesco clubcard for the vouchers, am a nightmare to shop with because I won't even enter a shop (and if I do I just cry at prices) that's more expensive than Primark, and constantly pester people to get freebies if they can and I can't.
So yeah, that's a (not so little) introduction to the mad author of this blog, hope you carry on reading if you haven't been bored to death.
